Suncafe Gapao Rice

Our chef creates this delicious dish using pork from a butcher in Kamakura, garlic, chili peppers, morning pepper, gapao leaves, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.It's a little spicy, so even those who don't like spicy food can easily eat it. The garnish is made with local organic vegetables from Kamakura and Hayama! As we use seasonal vegetables, the garnish changes daily!
