Suncafe Gapao Rice

Our chef creates this delicious dish using pork from a butcher in Kamakura, garlic, chili peppers, morning pepper, gapao leaves, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.It's a little spicy, so even those who don't like spicy food can easily eat it. The garnish is made with local organic vegetables from Kamakura and Hayama! As we use seasonal vegetables, the garnish changes daily!

Khao Managai

Thai chicken rice.The chef makes this dish using Shingen chicken from a butcher in Kamakura, as well as ginger, coriander, garlic and chicken bones.Tender and moist chicken.It's so soft that you can cut it without using a knife.It goes perfectly with the sweet and spicy sauce! The chicken soup that comes with the set will warm you from the inside out! Please give it a try!

Shonan Shirasu Pizza
